Australia (Domestic)
Our shipping times below are estimates based on our courier choices – Sendle & Australia Post.
Shipping times may take longer if weekends and/or public holidays are included during transit. Rural locations may present longer periods of delivery time.
We dispatch our products every Monday and Tuesday from Brisbane.
Shipping cost is based on weight.
- 0g-500g will incur $9.60 shipping fee
- 501g-1000g will incur a $12.50 shipping fee
- 1001g+ will incur a $14.50 shipping fee
Your package is expected to arrive 2-5 days from date of dispatch. Regional delivery may take up to 8 days.
Once the package is handed over to our courier, we have no control over its movement. The package is then subject to the terms and conditions of the courier service. Any delays or problems with delivery should be addressed directly with the courier company. We recommend contacting the courier’s customer service department for assistance in resolving any shipping-related issues.
Tuya Taste does not accept any responsibilites for delays as a result of courier inefficiencies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.
