Is there a minimum order delivery?
No minimum order requirement. However, we do offer free shipping for orders over $69!
What are your shipping rates?
We offer a domestic flat rate of $13 per order.
If I place an order, when should I expect to receive it?
Tuya Taste dispatches your products on Mondays and Tuesdays. Expect 2-5 days for delivery from dispatch date (for domestic only)

Where can I buy Tuya Taste products?
We have over 10 stockists currently for our bakso (not available online as of this moment) and sambal. You can check them here
Can I buy Tuya Taste online?
Only our sambal is available online. Grab a pouch or a jar (or all of them) from our online store.
Unfortunately our bakso is not available online as of yet. Sign up for our mailing list or follow our Instagram & Facebook to know about our future releases.
What about our Products?
Are your products vegetarian/vegan?
We manufacture and distribute both vegan and non-vegan products. However, we properly clean and make sure our products don’t mix during production to avoid cross-contamination
Check each product detail to find out if they are vegetarian/vegan!
Are your products halal?
Yes they are! Partnering with local halal butchers for our upcoming meat products, and fresh ingredients for our sambal with halal-certified products.
Are your products gluten-free
Our sambal kecap range is not gluten-free. But the others are! Please double check the product description to ensure you’re getting the right one for you!
What oil do you use?
100% Aussie Canola Oil
Are there nuts in Tuya Taste?
No nuts are used in the process of cooking of Tuya Taste products
Any added preservatives or flavours?
Absolutely not. There are no nasties in our products.
How do I store your products?
Refrigerating our sambal before and after use is best to preserve the shelf-life. After use, we highly recommend refrigerating to prolong shelf-life.
